Thanks Ooty. My legs have always been my strong point -- good genes. The rest of me -- well, that's where my problems are. I was totally wiped out at the end of the last sprint, but I'm glad I did it!
I'm impressed you remembered my sister ! and it was kind of you to ask about her. She's been climbing stairs at lunch time 3x/wk. Her doctor has INSISTED that she do the mountains walk that was so stressful for her, a year from last time. I email her daily like a VF check-in. She replies about weekly, but asked that I continue my dailies to her.
Pics - I've not come across anybody I actually KNOW. Distance has its advantages sometimes. Note my face doesn't appear here though - full of a camera. :)
Hey Ooty, I'm not surprised you knew my word this month. It's becoming more difficult to find something both relevant and unusual.
I've recently run 11km!!! And living near the beach, I'm a bit tired of being embarassed that I don't run regularly. I like it when I do though. I'm hoping an addiction similar to that you've acquired is on it's way!
The only person I want to block is a certain recent troll who has made his way here recently. I think if we all ignore him, that will gall him more.
I hope you get your post rights back soon. I want a few smiles and positive energy.
Try contacting Maxwell Lamb with a message ON, if they are not back yet.

CC Addict,
What are you doing in a Podfitness group for heaven's sake? Unless you are there to educate them on the best-est option. In which case, I bless your efforts darling.

Ooty Nicest,
SMACK. That was a big kiss for reading my 43T. And for saying you come here to play with me.
OK - Here is the deal. Either you set up the Garmin by the end of the year, or it becomes mine on Jan 1, 2007.
I like all types of nuts, including peanuts. If I am awake and it is the middle of the night, I cannot think consequences if there are nuts in the house.

Ooty,
The only way I can modulate my runs is from speed setting on the treadmill. I know from a past push to myself what my speed/incline combo ranges can be when Sean wants a 1,2,3 or those dreadful exhilarating 4s. Until the next recalibration, I would be lost without the speed indicator. When I'm iTreading, I fight with Grace about the settings - "Are you kidding? Are you nuts?" plus occasionally language I cannot use here. I read your post and thought bodies/minds can talk? Apart from a calibration every so often mine wont.
I never knew about the Garmin. Popped over to their site. If I ran outdoors, I'd want one. Heck, I am tempted to get one just incase I get to run outdoors. I approve fully and bless this new lust. Lemme know once comsumated. And thanks for the education.

O Nice,
Thank you for the smileys in your post to my "On a day when your foot hurts you do V3 and V4. What do you do normally?" What I wanted to say "You are the endurance queen to do 34 back to back. If this is your idea of lightening up when a foot hurts, hats off. By the way, take care of the foot." I know you are sensible. Proof that I mean it is that I have given up on silliness like HRMs.
Hope the stress eases up.

Ooty Nicest,
I dont mind picking up my Comments at your page. Since you want to get good about not wasting time on forums, there will be plenty of space for anyone else you wants to do so too I guess.
Remember our fantasy about getting into business together? It will feel like as much fun as forum-surfing and enabling people with knowledge. All we need to figure out is how to make the $$$.
If you are grabbing Starbucks, dedicate the first 3 gulps to me please.
:) :) The only problem is to make the time. I am supposed to working up a storm now for my noon meeting and here I am fooling around on forums... incorrigible me!
Do you think we can make a career out of forum-surfing and enabling people with knowledge ;)?

Nothing like a Cardio Coach religious-conversion opportunity to get you out of your closet to save a soul Ooty Nice! Glad to see you posting here too. Makes this place feel like home too. :-) :-) :-)
Why don't you fill out your profile and add a picture (of some sort)?
